Nike E-Scape - Unreleased Sample B (2004)
this version of the zvezdochka-derivative loafer is considerably heavier and more structured than the brown & bright green example i posted some time ago, mainly due to the addition of leather backing layers beneath all of the canvas panels.
details surrounding why the e-scape never made it to mass production are unavailable, as is any other additional information regarding its existence. perhaps a designer who was involved in the project could help fill in the blanks? a very cool, super niche piece to add to the collection with no more than maybe 24 examples in existence.
*NOTE: this pair can be bundled with corresponding sample A for a discounted rate and combined shipping. contact me via e-mail or instagram DM for details.
