Nike Air Presto Chānjo+ Leather - Size W8.5 (2001)

the presto chānjo ditches the TPU support wings, reinforced heel cup & laces found on the 1999 original, making them a popular choice amongst indoor studio dancers & yogis for their snug fit and improved flexibility. to demonstrate this, nike launched a
dramatic ad campaign in france featuring a trio of presto-equipped capoeira fighters - a very cool 3 minute watch if you've got the time to spare.

these leather chānjos were produced in significantly fewer quantites than their stretchy fabric counterparts, making them a fair bit more uncommon. no indication of these being reissued in the future.

• 8.5/10 condition: fully intact with some splitting in the leather portions of the toplines of each shoe, some age related discoloration on the lateral heel of the right shoe, & yellowed toe caps; in good deadstock vintage condition for being 22 years old - very likely wearable, but ideal for collection or display purposes as-is to prevent further damage
