back again with another one of these beautiful pieces from nike sportswear! these western-style belts were produced in low quantities as an ode to the american northwestern countryside that helped foster the brand's wild & pioneering identity. the word "OREGON" is tooled in a bold, old-timey typeface between ornate depictions of mt. hood and cannon beach, similar to the way the city of beaverton is nestled between the two on the map, just south of the hood river.

my only critique of these belts was one thing: the lack of additional colors. so i dyed, enameled, and buffed this one to a black semigloss finish to for a dressier, edgier look. will i do this again if i come across another belt like this? i don't know. but this piece is completely unique!

• 10/10 condition: fully intact & brand new without sale tags. only tried on to test for dye migration. in excellent deadstock condition for being 21 years old, recently reconditioned with saphir renovateur.

• features a hand-tooled & dyed leather strap, enameled edges, a two-tone laser engraved zinc alloy buckle, and rivets stamped "nike, inc. 72" and "BVRTN,OR." made in china.
