Nike Air Trainerposite - Size 13 (2000)
developed during the heyday of nike's alpha project line, the trainerposite hit the market as a low-profile cross trainer featuring their new rigid unibody upper construction method at a time where the foamposite lineup was almost exclusively basketball oriented. their wide V-notches at the ankles were intended for improved rotational mobility, however the shape & size of the cutout would allow some wearers' feet to slide out of them in serious cross training applications.
unfortunately, this model didn't have anything attached to it apart from its futuristic aesthetics and the "posite" name & technology it shared with its cooler siblings, which didn't do it many favors. nothing hints at this particular model being reissued anytime soon.
