Nike Air Max City Tour - Size 10 (2001)

- men's size 10, women's size 11.5 (28cm)

- no box included

- 7.5/10 condition: unwearable, but uppers are fully intact (aside from a missing "i" in the "max air" spellout on the right tongue) with mild wear, sock liner piling, natural component yellowing, toe box tpu overlays cracking in some spots on the toe boxes, faded midsole paint with a paint chip above the airbag on the medial side of the left shoe, and moderate tread wear on the outsoles; in decent preowned condition for being 20 years old, these will indefinitely need a sole swap before they are suitable for wear - fortunately enough these use the same tooling as the air max tailwind 4, so sourcing an inexpensive pair for a donor sole isn't difficult

- features suede & mesh uppers displaying a street map of the city of miami all over, tpu overlays on the medial & lateral quarters and toe boxes, mesh tongues, "6453" and "miami" spellouts on the heels, polyurethane midsoles, visible forefoot & heel max air units, and brs-1000 carbon rubber outsoles; made in vietnam

- the city tour pack is known as one of the more obscure air max capsules: partially because it was offered only in the united states in each pair's respective cities, available exclusively through footaction, but primarily because nobody talks much about them anymore; there's really not much information covering these aside from a blog post by @gwarizm (may he rest in peace) where he reflects on his initial impressions & describes the shoe as a "derivation of the [air max] tailwind iv created especially for this project," and i'd have to wholeheartedly agree: whatever it's supposed to be, this silhouette is absolutely riddled with tailwind dna

- we haven't gotten a city tour pack with anywhere near the attention to detail as these since then, and we'll more than likely never see this silhouette produced again; this is a very cool (and undeniably rare) piece of air max history
